Most items usually ship within 7–12 business days, as each piece is specially sourced and quality-checked by our team. Items marked “Ready to ship” usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 1–3 business days in Hong Kong, and between 3 and 30 business days internationally depending on the destination — see Shipping & Returns for every country.

Shipping depends on your parcel’s weight and destination. Within Hong Kong it’s HK$18–55 by SF Express, and free on orders of HK$350 or more. Asia starts from HK$55 (free over HK$700) and international from HK$95 (free over HK$900). Checkout shows your exact amount, and the full table is on our Shipping & Returns page.

We ship to Hong Kong and 150 other countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and across Europe and Asia. You’ll find the full list in the country menu at checkout — if yours isn’t there, we don’t ship there just yet.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery estimate plus 10 business days, contact us with your order number. We’ll follow it up with the courier and, if it can’t be found, resend your order or give you a full refund at no extra cost.

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country on arrival (in the EU this includes VAT). These aren’t included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. For EU addresses, checkout shows an estimate of the VAT — it’s only an estimate, as the actual amount is set by customs and the courier on arrival.

No — you can check out as a guest. Signing in before you check out means your order earns Blessing Sparks and appears in your order history.

You’ll see a confirmation page with your order number as soon as you check out. Members can find every order under My Account → Order History.

Yes — unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned for store credit. Request your return within 14 days of delivery using our contact form with your order number. Blessing Boxes, opened stationery and final-sale items can’t be returned unless faulty.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll email you a store credit code named after a Bible verse, like JOHN316-7K2QX. Enter it at checkout to use it. Store credit is valid for 12 months and any unused balance stays on the code.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, using our contact form. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, and cover any return postage.

Yes, within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund — just contact us with your order number. After that, your order is already being prepared and our returns policy applies.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

You choose 3 items and write a note of encouragement, and we pack everything in our signature Heaven Based ribbon gift box (Blush Pink or Cloud White) with paper filler and your note printed on a card in the theme you pick (Classic, Heart, Cloud or Star). The price is each item at its usual price plus HK$48 for the box and wrapping.

It’s up to you. Post anonymously, or share just your first name — and you can add your country or keep that private too. Notes are never linked to your account or email.

Every note is read by our team before it goes on the wall, to keep it a safe and encouraging place. Approved notes appear straight away.

Encouragement, praise and prayer requests are all welcome. Please keep notes kind, leave out personal details like phone numbers or addresses, and don’t use the wall for advertising.
